There were seats outside to enjoy nice weather and plenty of parking for being dropped off by family. Their depot was a nice facility with water and rest room. I've taken vans in several other cities and this was a very good experience in comparison, and on its own. Once at MCO, they stopped at each airline and assisted in placing bags on the curb. The ride was just under 2 hours, if I recall correctly, and included a stop at a Burger King to pick up another passenger (not long enough to get a bite to eat, buy the way). The staff were very friendly and helpful The van was quite comfortable and on the day I rode, there were few enough on board that none of us were seated directly next to someone else. It was an easy thing to do and payment was taken at the shuttle depot as opposed to being done over the phone.
Who knew so few airlines flew direct to Daytona? I made the appointment over the phone, since I was eligible for a discount. It would have difficult on family to get me back to the airport in MCO, so I took the shuttle from Daytona Beach to MCO.
